For online orders of $150 or more: Free UPS Ground shipping.
For online orders under $150: $14.50 shipping fee with UPS Ground (may change if using a different shipping method).

What if i only need 3 shirts instead of a 5 pack of shirts?

If you need a product quantity not listed on our website or want a volume discount, please email us or visit the custom quote page and tell us what you need. We will provide a personalized quote!

How long will it take?

Production takes 2-5 business days, depending on the product. Shipping adds 1-5 business days based on location. In California, UPS-Ground is 1 day to SoCal and 2 days to NorCal.

Can I return a custom order?

Custom projects are non-returnable and non-exchangeable as they are made to individual specifications.

Can I get a refund?

Should you be dissatisfied with your purchase, Chucho Designs provides a full refund within 2 to 5 business days, processed through the original payment method.

Is resale pricing available?
